Solicitation Number: SPE1C1-19-R-0095 Item: Coveralls, Utility, Foliage Green - PGC 03168 - NSN 8415-01-534-7452(s) Coveralls, Utility, Foliage Green item is procured in accordance with military specification A-A-55316, Dated March 2, 1998, Pattern Date: 17 August 2010. Production Lead Time (PLT) is 135 days after date of award. This procurement will have one Base Year plus four (4) one-year Option terms with the following quantities: Term: Minimum AEQ* AOLQ* Base 2,800 11,200 20,000 Option I 2,800 11,200 20,000 Option II 2,800 11,200 20,000 Option III 2,800 11,200 20,000 Option IV 2,800 11,200 20,000 * Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) and Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ). Solicitation SPE1C1-19-R-0095 will be set aside for 8(a). Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinitely Quantity contract is anticipated for this procurement. Solicitation SPE1C1-19-R-0095 will be evaluated under Best Value Trade Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: 1) Product Demonstration Models (PDM) 2)Past Performance Confidence Assessment. FOB: DESTINATION Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN Delivery Destination: VSTG: Peckham - (Lansing, MI, VSTZ), Travis - (Austin, TX) and Pendergrass (Pendergrass, GA - VSTJ) It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after July 2019. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsible sources may submit offers which, if received in timely fashion, shall be considered.
