The University of Houston System is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms or governmental auditing agencies to perform Review Services Engagement and optional Title IV Financial Audits to satisfy fifth year reviews and accreditation reaffirmation requirements of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), for University of Houston institutions audited as part of a system-wide or statewide audit. This engagement will be conducted in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and in compliance with all rules and regulations established by any authorized external oversight or regulatory entities. Any firm that wishes to be considered for the award of a Contract (defined in Section 6.2) for the Project must submit its Qualifications for such award in compliance with the requirements contained in this Request for Qualifications.
