CPH is seeking a licensed site and soil scientist that is also experienced and insured in household sewage treatment system (HSTS) design to assist CPH when HSTS systems are identified has possibly needing a replacement leach field, mound or NPDES installed in the City of Columbus. The contract will begin once contract and supporting documents are approved and will end at the end of the 2024 WPCLF Grant Period (12/31/2025 unless extended by Ohio EPA) and will be paid through the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) with Columbus Public Health. We are currently allocating a maximum of $20,000.00 to be used towards these services. Please see the attachments for the full scope of service. ALL BIDS MUST HAVE A DETAILED PROPOSAL ATTACHED TO THEM FOR THE CITY TO REVIEW. ANY BIDS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
