The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Preliminary Approval & Environmental Document (PA&ED) and Design Engineering services for the County Road (CR) 32A Railroad Crossing Relocation & Grade Separation Project “Project” over the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Tracks. The project also includes biking facility improvements between County Road 105 and the Yolo Causeway. To address the safety concerns with the existing at grade railroad crossing, the County is seeking a qualified bridge design consultant to prepare PA&ED, Technical Studies, Surveying & Mapping, Engineering Studies, Right of Way Acquisition, Railroad Coordination and Agreements, Utility Coordination, Final Design and PS&E for a grade separation. When submitting your proposals do not include Exhibit M - Cost Proposal. This will be requested after bid closing date.
