The Contractor must supply all qualified labor, equipment, and materials to perform annual certification and unit proof tests (e.g. testing with ¿live loads¿), and issue certifications of compliance for cranes and hoists identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1-Crane List, of this specification in accordance with Articles 99 and 100, Title 8, General Industrial Safety Orders (GISO). Any equipment not listed on Exhibit A, Attachment 1-Crane List, must be charged at fair market price.
