Pricing for material costs is specified at $15,000 per option period, with estimated contract values totaling $30,000 for the base period and up to $150,000 if all options are exercised. Performance will occur exclusively at the Groton, Connecticut base, and contractors are responsible for all transportation costs and timing to and from the site, which is non-payable. The contract will require qualified crane operators, riggers, and mechanics under the Service Contract Act, with overtime and holiday labor expected. No security clearances are required, and no organizational conflict of interest provisions are specified. All amendments and notifications will be issued solely through the official website, and it is the offeror’s responsibility to check daily for updates.
