Criminal Justice Continuing Education Instruction

Guilford Technical Community College is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to provide in-person law enforcement and criminal justice training services for the 2026–2027 fiscal year. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing both instruction and training materials for various specialized courses, including Basic Crime Scene Investigations, Death and Homicide Investigations, First Line Supervisors School, and Sexual Assault Investigations, among others. The initial term begins July 1, 2026, with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals at the college's discretion. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the electronic Vendor Portal by October 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Award decisions will be based on a Best Value procurement method, evaluating the vendor's technical approach, experience, and pricing in that order of importance. Key requirements include mandatory criminal background checks for all personnel at the vendor's expense and registration with the North Carolina Secretary of State within ten business days of an award. Payment is contingent upon the inspection and acceptance of services, with a requirement for single invoicing per order.
