Crossroads Academy is seeking proposals for Category One Internet Access and Data Transmission services for the 2026-27 funding year. The request covers two locations in Ocala, Florida: a main building currently utilizing a 100Mb shared fiber line and an annex with a 50Mb shared fiber line. Bidders should provide options starting at these current speeds with provisions for future upgrades, including potential Dedicated Internet Access fiber. Proposals may range from single-year to five-year terms and must include service delivery viability confirmation, per dedicated IP block charges, and optional voice line costs. Strict submission guidelines require all initial contact and bids to be sent via email to 470@ERATESUPPORT.COM with the school name and 470 number in the subject line. Valid bids must include the provider's SPIN, company name, and contact information, and must be submitted prior to the Allowable Contract Date. The entity prioritizes direct relationships with internet providers over resellers and reserves the right to bundle or unbundle ISP, transport, and managed services. All accepted contracts are contingent upon Board approval and E Rate funding.
