It is a total small business set-aside and will result in a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The items must be 100% U.S.-made with U.S.-sourced materials, compliant with the Berry Amendment restricting foreign components. Initial deliveries will begin 120 days after contract award, with shipments directed to Peckham Vocational Industries in Lansing, Michigan. Registration and solicitation access are handled through DLA’s DIBBS system, requiring prior SAM registration and CAGE code assignment. The solicitation emphasizes compliance with FAR Part 12 and encourages vendors to use government resources for technical data requests.
