Solutions should be adaptable, scalable, and capable of integration with DHS’s existing systems and processes. The Government encourages submissions that demonstrate clear innovation, measurable impact, and the ability to address current and emerging needs across the DHS acquisition enterprise.
The following task areas represent the broad scope of needs that DHS may address through this procurement. Solutions may address one or more of these areas, or other related needs: 1) Acquisition planning 2) Market research 3) Strategic Sourcing 4) Solicitation and contract creation (including selection of appropriate FAR clauses and other agency terms and conditions) 5) Quote/proposal evaluation and documentation 6) Post-award actions (such as debriefing and contract administration) 7) Acquisition workforce development and training 8) Acquisition policy implementation 9) Acquisition systems modernization
