The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 to CAREFUSION SOLUTIONS, LLC 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130. The company is proprietary of Alaris at Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, MT. CAREFUSION SOLUTIONS, LLC is the exclusive manufacturer of Alaris® products and software including Guardrails® Point-of-Care Software, Alaris® Pump Module, Alaris® Syringe Module, Alaris® PCA Module and Next Generation Alaris® PC Unit. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based upon market research.
This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice.
