CTC Relocation Project

Weston College Group is soliciting tenders for the CTC Relocation Project (AMTECPRO-0007) to perform yielding-up, dismantling, removal, site clearance, and restoration works at the Construction Training Centre. The scope includes removing modular buildings, associated structures, hardstanding, and below-ground services, followed by the reinstatement of the site to meet landlord and planning obligations. The successful contractor will serve as the Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, coordinating the project and managing access for other specialist contractors appointed by the college. The estimated contract value is 500,000 GBP excluding VAT, with an estimated performance period from January 6, 2027, to March 18, 2027, in the Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Bristol/Bath area. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced compliant tenderer following a multi-stage evaluation consisting of a compliance assessment, financial evaluation, and due diligence. The appointment will be made using a JCT Minor Works Building Contract MW (2024), with liquidated damages set at 3,000 GBP per week. Bidders must be UK suppliers and provide proof of significant insurance coverage, including 10 million GBP for both Employers and Public Liability and 3 million GBP for Contractors All Risk. Submissions must be emailed to the designated procurement address by 12:00 PM on December 4, 2026, and must include a bona fide tender declaration and a conflicts of interest statement.
