The project authorized by this Agreement is for required remediation and is limited to the installation of an armored ford stream crossing and a water bar to hydrologically disconnect the road approach. The existing stream crossing area will be excavated to a depth of 18-inches and filled with 3/4-inch clean gravel. The top and bottom of the stream crossing will be armored with 6- to 8-inch angular rock to reduce scour and downcutting. The work area is approximately 8 feet wide by 12-15 feet long, with an estimated 1 cubic yard of material removed and roughly 9 cubic yards placed.
