Curtis Center Boiler Replacement

The City of Meriden is soliciting lump sum bids for the decommissioning, removal, and replacement of the boiler system at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center located at 175 East Main Street, Meriden, Connecticut. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing boilers, pipes, valves, and the concrete pad, followed by the installation of new boilers, color-coded PVC pipe jackets, and updated life safety systems, including carbon monoxide detectors and fire alarm programming.
