AMD 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an extension to the proposal due date. We received numerous responses by the due date for the receipt of proposals. However, during our review, there were key aspects missing from the proposals. If you want to be considered for award, re-submit your proposals ensuring it includes key aspects of the solicitation.



1. Your company must have a Secret Facility Clearance. Submit a completed DD254. If you do not have a Secret Facility Clearance, do not respond to this amendment; you will not be considered for award.


2. Observe instructions to submit your responses in 3 separate volumes. See document titled “HC101926R0002” pages 63-67.


3. Acknowledge all amendments issued to the solicitation, including this Amendment 0003.


4. Submit a complete proposal by Wednesday, 08 July 2026, no later than 11:00AM HST.


No other changes to the solicitation.



AMD 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to formally update the Addendum to 52.212-1 to emphasize the requirement for offerors to complete block 6, 7 and 8 of the DD Form 254 and return with the proposal, attachment titled "DD254 Custodial Services." The answer to question #23 also highlights the mandatory submission of DD Form 254 with proposals.

Solicitation HC101926R0002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for DISA PAC Custodial and Janitorial Services, Building 77.



This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.



Submit written offers in accordance with CLIN structure outlined in the attached RFP. Oral offers will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561720 and Size Standard of $22,000,00.00 apply to this procurement.



A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 09:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. Vendor personnel shall meet at the Stadium Skyline/Bus stop no later than 8:45 AM Hawaii Standard Time. DISA PAC escorts will shuttle vendor personnel to and from the installation.



Any interested vendors shall submit the company name and first and last name of personnel no later than Monday, June 8, 10:00AM Hawaii Standard Time. Limit to 1 to 2 personnel per company. There is a strict 100% ID check so all personnel in attendance must have a REAL ID (state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards with the gold star).



Vendor personnel shall not bring any electronic devices (which includes personal cell phones and smart watches) into the building.



Questions may be submitted via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact no later than 12 June 2026, 11:00 AM Hawaii Standard time. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.



Proposals are due no later than 24 June 2026, 11:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. Written proposals must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
