This is not a request for proposals, quotes or offers and this announcement does not promise or commit the government to issue a future solicitation. This SOURCES SOUGHT inquiry is to determine whether there is interested and capable 8(a) small business concerns that can provide this services. This is a Sources Sought announcement is solely for informational and market research purpose only. The government is seeking information for a possible future Custodial, Grounds and Trash, and related services procurement for the following Federal Buildings located at: 630 Sansome and 555 Battery Street, San Francisco CA 94111.This Market Research is used to understand and identify current market contractors for a contemplated Firm Fixed Price base contract for a 1 year period of performance, with four (4) one (1) year options contract. The NAICS code is 561720 and size standard is 18 Million. This SOURCES SOUGHT inquiry is also being used to determine whether there are any capable SBA certified 8(a) small business concerns that are capable, available and interested to allow for the government to consider a 8(a) set aside procurement for Custodial, Grounds, Trash services for two federal buildings with a combined cleanable space of 400,000 square feet. In addition, SBA certified 8(a) Contractors with a current and active GSA Schedules contract under category 03FAC: SIN Code 811 002 titled Complete Facilities Maintenance that can provide custodial, grounds and related services under that contract can respond to this announcement so the government can consider a possible future 8(a) procurement off of the (FSS) Federal Supply Schedule in regards to this sources sought.
