This is not a request for proposal and does not obligate the Government to an award of a contract. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10. This is a Sources Sought announcement solely for informational and market research purposes for the Custodial, Grounds Maintenance and Related Services as per draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached for the following location: 50 United Nations Plaza Federal Building, San Francisco, CA 94102 The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory janitorial services that are listed in draft PWS that are located within the property line of the building. The Government is seeking information on whether Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program companies have capabilities and interest for a competitive 8(a)award, that also have socio-economic certifications, either (1) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) (including Economically Disadvantaged (EDWOSB), or (2) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or (3) HUBZone, can perform the tasks per the attached draft PWS. 8(a) Joint Mentorship busineses will be considered.
