The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A and B, in order to meet the requirements of the attached PWS and the Service Summary. Site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 18 December 2024 10:00 a.m. Central European Time (CET). Attendance of the site visit and the subsequent briefing regarding the HTRO process is highly recommended. Please email the below POCs by Friday, 13 Dec 2024, 03:00 p.m. (CET) if and how many representatives from your company plan on attending the site visit and the briefing. For each visitor please provide a copy of their passport. Additionally, please let the POCs know, if you have base access to Spangdahlem Air Base.
