The Custodial services contract for facilities located on Ramstein Air Base, Sembach Annex, Einsiedlerhof, Kapaun Air Station and Vogelweh expires 31 March 2009. The Government intends to extend the current contract for 4 months with the incumbent contractor, GEG Gebaeudedienste, GmbH through a justification and approval. Contractor shall provide nonpersonal services to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, material, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide custodial services. The service includes the following main tasks: 1. Maintain floors (cleaning/moping and vacuuming) 2. Removal of trash 3. Window cleaning 4. Restroom cleaning 5. Providing custodial supplies.
