Full Description

The following clarifications/amendments to the specifications are incorporated into the solicitation: 1) Page 3 of the specification calls for the vendor to build a generator enclosure, exhaust elbow to direct exhaust to rear outside of the trailer, 20 gallon diesel fuel tank, (underbody mounted), and a power control/breaker panel that includes voltage and current meters and AC/DC circuit breakers. The 20 gallon diesel fuel tank may be an 18 gallon tank. 2) The specification calls for twelve solid wood storage cabinets, each approximately 2' X 2'X 2'. Due to the projected size of the ATV, the specification is changed to provide a minimum of eight (8) cabinets, with twelve (12) as the maximum. 3) The customer confirms that the rear driver's side seat needs to be removed with a 19" shock mounted rack from floor to ceiling. This is the only rack. In the rear cargo area, they simply wanted to accommodate two (2) Honda EU2000i generators. The offeror needs to take into account the generator specifications and create "cupholders" with matching specifications. 4) The size of the trailer is to be 24' minimum. The trailer compartment shall accommodate the ATV that the offeror selects. The offeror shall design a layout for the operations center that accommodates the four fold-down workstations as described in the specifications. The design must include 120V power outlets in close proximity to each workstation as indicated on page 4 of the specification. Delivery date is changed to 60 days after receipt of order. The due date for offers remains UNCHANGED at 6 Jul 10at 3:00 p.m. CDT.
