CVIN, dba Vast Networks Hwy 101 / SR 152 Middle-Mile Broadband Network Project

The CVIN, dba Vast Networks Hwy 101 / SR 152 Middle-Mile Broadband Network Project is a forecast initiative managed by Caltrans District 4 in the Bay Area/Oakland region.
