Scope and Objectives: The Contractor is responsible for both administrative and programmatic support to IOD, facilitating communication, capacity building, and awareness of cybersecurity grant programs. The Contractor will coordinate efforts across CISA regions and headquarters, strengthen regional capabilities, support service delivery, and execute IOD priorities.
Key Tasks and Requirements: 1. Program Support and Development: Collect and analyze best practices, lessons learned, and requirements to drive continuous improvement and inform future grant opportunities. Provide relevant documents and facilitate delivery of grant programs across regions, enhancing cyber competency among security advisors, analysts, and outreach staff. Deliver training to regional staff, ensuring readiness and effective execution. Establish mechanisms to capture return on investment (ROI) through program monitoring, and manage technical assistance for Cybersecurity Advisors and State Coordinators. Support annual program monitoring and grant close-out activities.
2.
