Cybersecurity Compliance & CDI Safeguarding

The obligation is to maintain continuous compliance through documented policies, regular monitoring, incident reporting, and annual reviews of control effectiveness. All activities must be performed to support the protection of CDI regardless of system location and must include mechanisms for detecting, responding to, and recovering from cyber threats.
