Cybersecurity Compliance and CUI Management

The contract requires the implementation and ongoing maintenance of NIST SP 800-171 security controls across systems that handle Controlled Unclassified Information, ensuring full alignment with federal cybersecurity standards. This includes conducting regular assessments to validate compliance, documenting findings, and submitting required evaluation results to the Supplier Performance Risk System to maintain an accurate and up-to-date compliance posture. The contractor must also support Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 7012 obligations by establishing and maintaining capabilities to report cybersecurity incidents promptly and accurately, including identifying, containing, and responding to incidents involving CUI. All activities must be executed in coordination with Department of Defense expectations under the Defense Logistics Agency, with performance centered on safeguarding sensitive data throughout its lifecycle on covered systems.
