The contract entails the implementation and ongoing maintenance of NIST SP 800-171 security controls to safeguard covered defense information within the supply chain. This involves conducting risk assessments, deploying technical and administrative safeguards, and maintaining documentation to demonstrate compliance across all relevant systems and operations.
