This policy applies universally to all systems, networks, and endpoints associated with contract performance, regardless of whether they are government-furnished or contractor-owned. Compliance is non-negotiable and must be continuously enforced through technical controls, user training, and regular audits to ensure no unauthorized applications are installed, accessed, or transmitted across contract systems. The Defense Logistics Agency, under the Department of Defense, is enforcing this requirement for all subcontractors involved in the SPE4A723PA595 contract, with adherence being a condition of continued performance and potential termination for violations.
