Cybersecurity Compliance & Reporting Services

The contract entails the implementation and ongoing maintenance of cybersecurity controls as specified in NIST Special Publication 800-171 to safeguard covered defense information within the contractor’s systems. This includes establishing, monitoring, and validating technical and administrative safeguards required to meet federal standards for protecting sensitive data transmitted, stored, or processed on behalf of the Department of Defense. The contractor is responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with all applicable NIST controls and maintaining documentation to demonstrate adherence through regular assessments and audits. Additionally, the contract requires timely and accurate reporting of any cyber incidents involving covered defense information, in accordance with DoD requirements. This includes immediate notification of breaches, containment and mitigation actions, forensic analysis, and submission of required reports to designated government authorities. The work is performed under a subcontract aligned with NAICS code 541512, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency’s cybersecurity posture, and applies to any systems or environments handling protected defense data regardless of physical location.
