Cybersecurity Compliance and Reporting Services

The contract entails the implementation and ongoing maintenance of NIST SP 800-171 security controls to ensure full compliance with DFARS requirements. This includes the active management of cybersecurity practices across systems handling controlled unclassified information, with a focus on aligning technical and procedural safeguards to federal standards. The contractor is responsible for continuous monitoring, assessment, and adjustment of controls to maintain compliance as threats evolve and standards are updated. In addition to control implementation, the contract requires timely cyber incident reporting in accordance with DFARS clause 252.204-7012, ensuring all incidents are documented, reported to the Department of Defense, and properly mitigated. The contractor must also maintain and improve the Supplier Performance Risk System score by meeting or exceeding all applicable cybersecurity benchmarks, which directly impacts the organization’s eligibility for future DoD work. The services are being performed under a subcontract administered by the Defense Logistics Agency as part of a broader effort to strengthen the defense industrial base’s cybersecurity posture.
