Cybersecurity Compliance and Reporting Services

The contract requires the implementation and ongoing monitoring of NIST Special Publication 800-171 controls to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards for handling covered defense information. This includes establishing, maintaining, and verifying the effectiveness of security measures aligned with the framework to protect sensitive data throughout its lifecycle. The contractor must also provide cyber incident response capabilities, ensuring timely detection, reporting, and mitigation of security breaches in accordance with defined protocols and timelines. In addition, the contract mandates accurate and timely reporting through the Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity and Information Assurance program, commonly referred to as DIBNet, to communicate incidents, compliance status, and remediation efforts to the Department of Defense. All activities are to be performed under the authority of the Defense Logistics Agency as part of a subcontract supporting broader defense cybersecurity objectives. Work is to be carried out in alignment with the North American Industry Classification System code 541512, reflecting the professional, scientific, and technical services nature of the required cybersecurity support.
