Full Description

The 42d Contracting Sqd, Maxwell AFB, intends to award a sole source contract to Blackboard Inc, 1899 L St NW, Washington DC, 20036, to provide the services included in Blackboard Inc's Academic Suite (ASP). The services include migration and integration of all current Air Universtiy Blackboard programs to ASP server, hosting up to 8,000 academic users, Backpack capability, automatic Blackboard upgrades, custom course development, testing and validation. This will be a firm-fixed price contract, issued under the authority of FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1). If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service, they must respond to this notice before Noon (Central Standard Time) on 21 Sep 07. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be awarded to Blackboard Inc.
