The Contracting Department, Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), San Diego, CA, 92134 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, for Commercial Items, for cable television and internet service with WiFi for Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. The requirement calls for service to start 1 March 2012 and end 30 September 2012 followed by two full option years. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-55. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
