D--Consolidation D&F: NCI CTRP-CSE & CTRO-SS

The Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the National Cancer Institute's Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology, is consolidating three existing task orders into two new Time-and-Materials task orders under the Biomedical Information Technology, Software Development, and Informatics Support (BITSDIS) IDIQ vehicle.
