The Department of Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VAECHCS) (Jewell Clinic, Aurora Clinic, Pueblo Community Living Center, and Valor Point Domiciliary) in Colorado are seeking a contractor to provide TV Programming Services under a firm fixed-price contract.
