Respondents are asked to address their experience using various software tools such as Itedo IsoView and IsoDraw, ArborText publishing engines, AutoCAD LT, Citrix, Oracle, and specific Windows client environments. Expertise related to text authoring, document importation, XML and SGML usage, troubleshooting, graphic creation and editing, as well as general technical manual management including version control, workflow, metadata handling, content distribution, and document disposal is also sought. Additionally, familiarity with diverse data formats like MS Office, PDF, XML, SGML, HTML, and vector graphics formats is important. While full expertise across all areas is not expected, vendors must critically assess and declare their proficiency levels, providing relevant supporting documentation or operational experience. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
