Interested parties wishing to demonstrate that competition would benefit the Government must provide clear evidence within 15 days of the notice, with submissions due by July 27, 2011, at 2:00 PM MST. Without any affirmative response, the contract will be awarded without further competition. The contract falls under NAICS code 541511 and is managed by the W075 Endist Albuquerque office.
