Smartsheet solution used by NWRS allows project tracking, collaboration within branch employees, and provide reports to field, Regional, and HQs personnel through the use of sheets, reports, and dashboards. The platform combines the financial and project delivery allowing for updates to hundreds of projects simultaneously. Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the sole provider of the Smartsheet platform. They are an IT solutions provider and supports Federal, State, and local government agencies and civilian industries. The tailored solution created by this vendor allows for the Region 4 Infrastructure Management Branch (IMB) to manage more than 600 real property projects on National Wildlife Refuges, National Fish Hatchery's, and other FWS programs with real property assets. Many of the projects funded with Great American Outdoors Act, 18x, 19x, 22x and 23x Emergency Supplementals, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and Inflation Reduction Act appropriations estimated at more than $400 million. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
