The estimated value of the contract is 62,000 dollars with a period of performance of 12 months, anticipated for award between the fourth quarter of FY14 and the first quarter of FY15. Interested telecommunication contractors are invited to submit a capability statement and a rough order of magnitude estimate by August 29, 2014. Submissions must be limited to three pages and include the firm's CAGE code, small business status, and evidence of adequate financial and technical resources.
