Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO 17) intends to issue sole source a firm fixed priced commercial item contract to Draeger Medical, Inc., 3131 Quarry Rd, Teleford, PA 18969, to upgrade the Innovian Anesthesia Record Keeper (ARK) System to Windows 7. The ARK provides electronic record keeping for anesthesia care. The ARK record is sent to the Clinical Patient Record System (CPRS) as a permanent archive. The services will be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System temple, TX. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 334510 and has a size standard of 500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4PM CST, September 25, 2014 to: contact@example.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
