The NASA/SSC Office of Procurement intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to General Atomics for software development to enhance the Integrated System Health Management Toolkit. This object-oriented software environment, programmed in G2/Optegrity, is used to implement health management capabilities for rocket engine test facilities through the use of ISHM models, network gateways, and automated root-cause analysis tools. A critical component of this procurement is the implementation of General Atomics Port Objects to enable physics models logic. General Atomics is identified as the only vendor capable of providing these services and the required proprietary products. This commercial acquisition is conducted under FAR Parts 6.302-1 and 12, with a NAICS code of 541511 and a DPAS rating of DO-C9.
