The U.S. Army Medical Command, through its Western Regional Contracting Office in Lacey, Washington, plans to award a sole source contract valued at $889,000 to Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO). Although this is a sole source procurement, other firms have the opportunity to submit documentation within two calendar days demonstrating their capability to provide the required HIE services for future consideration. The procurement process will follow the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to streamline the acquisition. Interested parties must send their capability statements and product specifications via email to the contract specialist, Ms. Brenda Palmer, as phone or fax inquiries will not be accepted.
