NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with SMITH BAGLEY INC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This action is being awarded on an urgent and compelling basis as the services are needed in order teleworking needs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The anticipated period of performance will be from April 20, 2020 - June 30, 2020. The total anticipated cost is $22,998. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
