The Contractor will need to provide complete mobile telecommunication services on a 24 hours per day 365 days per year basis to the U.S. Government. Services provided shall include but not be limited to: Mobile Telephone Equipment (i.e. standard cell phones and "smartphones"); Purchase of new unlocked standard cell phones and smartphones with or without SIM cards; Mobile voice and 4G data services for smartphones and mobile data devices; 5G data services when/where available; Mobile voice services for standard cell phones; Voice calls and SMS text messaging within the United Kingdom; voice calls and SMS text messaging when roaming internationally; International roaming data services; Voice Mail Data Services; Calls to UK and International Directory enquiry numbers; Calls to other Premium Rate Services; 24 hour Customer service; Monthly detailed billing of calls/SMS/data usage; Ability for both Embassy administrators and cell service users to monitor voice and data usage. The closing date to request a solicitation package is January 13, 2020. The solicitation package is now available for download. There will be a site visit on Friday 17th January, 2020 at 10:30am at the US Embassy 33 Nine Elms Lane.
