Full Description

The purpose of this RFI is to determine the industry capability to provide nonpersonal services Local Exchange Service to Rosecrans, ANG, St Joseph, Missouri. The local communications services shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, ISDN Primary Rate Interface, Smart Trunk Interface, (Per T-1 Span), PRI Port Charge (Per T-1), Business Trunk Equivalent (Per B-Channel Equipped), End User Common Line Charge, Local Number Portability Surcharge, Extended Area Service-Per Trunk, DID Numbers (Block of 100), Direct In-Dial (DID), Directory Line Number Portability, White Page Listings, and Calling Line Identification Installation. The proposed contract will be issued as a five year, firm-fixed price type contract, not subject to PUC required tariff increases. The vendor will be required to be certified by the PUC within the state. Interested parties are requested to provide comments or discussion on the following areas of concern: (1) Would industry be able to propose prices that are valid for this site? (2) Can industry offer any special discounts? (3) What does industry consider to be a fair period of time for cutover? This RFI Replaces RFI 130050001 Responses shall be provided via e-mail to randall.wilson@tinker.af.mil and/or barbara.winton@tinker.af.mil .
