U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Carterville Fish & Wildlife Conservation Office in Carbondale, IL intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000 to:

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services.
1. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this request will be 10/10/26-10/09/28.
2. The Carterville FWCO is seeking a sole source contract with Echoview to provide Echoview Software training and support.
This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
