This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Tennessee Army National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office for the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Dr. Nashville, TN , is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a Small Business size standard of 1,500 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82, effective 07 May 2015. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial high speed internet service and is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement.
