Full Description

The US Army Contracting Command (ACC), National Capital Region (NCR), Alexandria, VA on behalf of the US Army Assistant G-1 Civilian Personnel (AG-1 CP), Civilian Information Services Division (CISD), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency Requirements; intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source purchase order, to Small Business firm, Serene Corporation for the procurement of annual software maintenance support of Resumix Software applications to the Department of the Army. Serene Corporation, 3201 Scott Boulevard, Suite 201, Santa Clara, CA 95054, is the only authorized vendor with the resources and capability to provide maintenance support of the propriety Resumix software applications in use by the Department of the Army. Serene Corporation will supply any upgrades or patches to support the infrastructure and facilitate the effective operation and performance of the Resumix software. The estimated cost is approximately $129,999.96. The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. There will be no Request for Quote (RFQ) available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider responses to this notice within five days of this posting. Interested parties from Small Business concerns only may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Thursday, 02 February 2012 at 4:00 PM EST, to Ms. Mitchelle Labady at contact@example.gov, and copy to Ms. Erin Lunney at contact@example.gov. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), a determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
