INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source award to CG TECH for the acquisition of Vericut Software License and Support. The Government intends to issue a firm fix price contract for this supply. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with CG TECH. 9000 Research Drive, Irvine, CA 92618-4214. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
