Synopsis The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Techanax LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for the procurement of the pCare TruthPoint Rounding Solution, manufactured by TVR Communications LLC. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
Description of Requirement The contractor shall provide the pCare TruthPoint Rounding Solution, a proprietary patient experience platform that includes: Real-time patient feedback and service recovery Staff rounding workflow tools Data analytics and reporting dashboards Integration with existing VA pCare infrastructure Software support, licensing, and maintenance This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, which authorizes contracting without full and open competition when only one responsible source can meet the Government s requirements.
