Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., 40 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355 for the upgrade of the existing Syngo.Via perpetual applications and support for the current Siemens CT scanner located at the Fayetteville VA HCS, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole provider of the Syngo.Via and all associated products and service maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Syngo.Via may give written notice to contact@example.gov by 10:00am EDT on August 21, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
