Full Description
As set forth in the Project Bid Documents, the proposed work consists of the construction of a new single-story gymnasium to include all site work (on and off), utility systems, paving, deferred submittals, M/E/P systems and all work per approved plans and specifications.
Notes: All required information and attachments, per the Bid documents must be submitted electronically via the City's online Bid Management System. The Response File is MANDATORY and the Bid Management System will not accept your submission unless a "Response File" attachment is uploaded. Vendor must attach PDF of completed Proposal to the "Response File" field. Please upload all requested documents. Vendor must attach PDF of completed Non Collusion Declaration form in the designated field. Vendor must click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to receive a confirmation number. Submitted proposals may be saved, modified or withdrawn up to the submission deadline. The bid management system will not accept late proposals and no exceptions shall be made.
The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidder’s sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
